By creating new rules, the Internet Community was coming from the opposite - imagined the worst anti-utopian version of the Internet and tried to point out all the necessary measures to prevent it.

Among the questions that experts asked were the influence of Smart Cities on individual freedom, the influence of the Internet on transparency and democracy, and the loss of trust in the Internet from the public.
