The General Staff states that no computer in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, according to official data, was infected with this virus.

The systems of the Ukrainian Armed Forces (APU) were not infected with the Petya virus. This was stated at a briefing by the commander of the communications troops of the Armed Forces of Ukraine - the chief of the Main Communications and Information Systems Directorate of the General Staff of the All-Ukrainian Armed Forces, Major-General Vladimir Rapko.

"No computer and automated workplace in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, according to official data, this virus was not infected," he assured.

As reported, on June 27, a cyber attack was carried out on state institutions, financial, energy, transport sectors, as well as private enterprises with the help of the harmful software Petya. A, which blocks the operation of computer systems. A virus-blocker encrypts data on a computer and requires a redemption.
