The president of Kyivstar Petr Chernyshov said that the lifecell operator sends messages to subscribers from numbers that do not belong to anyone.
About this Chernyshov wrote in Facebook, reports BusinessCenter.
"Lifesell sends tens of thousands of SMS to our subscribers daily from rooms that do not belong to anyone - from so-called" dead souls ". These numbers are not yet assigned to the client - you receive SMS from no one, "Chernyshov said..
"I think that Life has discovered a super spam - not just a message that the client did not ask, but also from tied numbers," he added..
Chernyshov believes that lifecell is trying in this way to recover lost customers, as it lost 1.5 million subscribers in the last year.
