Resident Petersburg instead of smartphone iPhone 5s sold a piece of soap. The gadget was bought on Prospect Testerateli in one of the salons of communication.
The cost of the device was 16,990 rubles. Sealed box 34-year-old petersburger opened only at home, and instead of a gadget found a piece of laundry soap there.
It is noteworthy that the seller-consultant in the communication salon insisted on not printing the purchase.
The woman returned to the store with a request to replace the smartphone, but the sellers refused it, citing the fact that there is no direct evidence of a substitution, and the customer could herself go on deception.
The deceived woman appealed to the police with a request to take action against the seller and the mobile phone, where she was so dishonestly treated.
