All three products rely on the computer node ARM Cortex-M4F with a clock speed of 192 MHz. Support for interfaces SDIO, UART, I2C, SPI, I2S. The solutions include a power management unit.
The Mediatek MT7686 chip contains 4 MB + 384 KB of RAM, as well as 4 MB of flash memory. QFN48 packing is used; Overall dimensions - 6 ? 6 mm. It is a question of a "wide" range of operating temperatures. Supports wireless Wi-Fi 802. 11b / g / n.
