The government plans to vaccinate against coronavirus in two years up to 22 million Ukrainians, Prime Minister Denis Shmyhal said today, March 4, at a press conference.

According to Shmygal, it is planned to vaccinate about 10 million people in 2021.

More than 100,000 Ukrainians have registered for vaccination in three days, the prime minister said.. In total, according to opinion polls, vaccination is supported by 43% of the population, with the rest it will be necessary to establish communication, said Shmygal.

The prime minister noted that for the first and second quarters of 2021, the government expects to receive more than 9 million doses of vaccine for 4.5 million Ukrainians.
