In Kiev and 13 regions of Ukraine, the criteria for weakening quarantine are not met. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Health.

The willingness of the regions to mitigate restrictive measures is estimated by four indicators: congestion of hospitals receiving patients with COIVD-19, the number of PCR and ELISA tests for coronavirus performed in the region, the percentage of cases detected among the studies, the dynamics of the weekly incidence compared to the previous week.

As of June 30, Kiev, Volyn, Donetsk, Transcarpathian, Ivano-Frankivsk, Kiev, Lugansk, Lviv, Odessa, Rivne, Kharkov, Khmelnitsky, Chernivtsi and Chernihiv regions do not meet one or more criteria.

In the Transcarpathian and Volyn regions, the workload of hospitals that accept patients with COVID-19 exceeds 50% - 71.08% and 56.48%, respectively.
