This was announced at a briefing by the chief sanitary doctor Viktor Lyashko.
Now 1,100 people with COVID-19 are hospitalized in Ukraine. 54 people are on the ventilator.
By age groups, people aged 50-59 years (21.7%), 40-49 years old (20.5%) and 30-39 years old (17.4%) are sick more often on COVID-19..
By gender, COVID-19 women are more affected (54%).
The number of ventilators that are currently used to provide medical care to patients does not exceed 10% of all devices.
To date, 89 people have been discharged, among them 7 health workers who have previously contracted COVID-19. 83 people died. The recovery rate in Ukraine for the second day exceeds the number of deaths from COVID-19.

In the age group of the deceased, people from 50 years of age and older prevail (85.5%).
82% of the dead had concomitant diseases: cardiovascular, diabetes mellitus, neoplasms, kidney and lung diseases. In some individuals, these diseases were combined.
Coronavirus infection is registered in all regions of Ukraine. The largest number of patients per day was detected in the Ternopil, Chernivtsi, Vinnitsa regions and the city of Kiev.
