A group of scientists has found a way to predict the date when a baby will appear.
The new method is associated with a blood test.
An experiment was conducted in which 30 pregnant women participated. Based on a blood test of 20 of them, they created a static model for other parturient women. As a result, scientists received 45% accuracy.
By the way, the accuracy of ultrasound is 48%. Also, researchers were able to detect a suspected substance, which indicates that the baby will be prematurely. 6 women out of 8 who participated in this experiment were sent to premature birth. This is an accuracy of 75%.
Specialists noted that if hospitals use these discoveries, the prognosis regarding childbirth will be much cheaper.
