According to the director of the research institute Mike Myrskyla, scientists have proved that a healthy lifestyle, which can lead everyone and it does not cost anything, can really increase a person's life for several years.

He stressed that for this it is important not to smoke, not to have extra pounds and not to abuse alcohol.

People who fulfill these three simple rules live not only for 7 years longer than others, but also remain most of these years in good physical shape.
