The tactics of conducting cancer patients after organ-preserving MF operations is a problem. The minimum of necessary research methods is not determined, which makes it possible to objectively estimate the prevalence of the process.

The concept of "recurrent / metastatic (disseminated, disseminated) breast cancer" combines primary metastatic breast cancer and disease progression after previous radical treatment (local recurrences and / or development of distant metastases).

It is believed that tumors that occurred in the first six years after the operation already existed, but did not clinically manifest themselves during the first mastectomy, t. diagnosis of the second cancer is not early. This encourages the development of a system for its detection.

Relapses of malignant tumors occur in 6-9% of cases, and the likelihood of their occurrence increases two years after surgery. More than 68% of relapses occur near the postoperative scar, so identifying the incision zone inside the breast is an important task.

When conducting differential diagnosis of postoperative and post-treatment changes in MF tissue with relapses of malignant tumors, MSCT-mammography with bolus intravenous contrasting.
