As soon as my mind thinks about the diet, the main excuse is its perniciousness for appearance. Sklushitsya skin, nails are cracked and the worst is that the hair falls out. But now I have no more excuses, because there are diets that improve the appearance. Their main goal is not so much weight loss, as improvement of complexion, skin condition, hair and nails. Several similar diets, we today, we will disassemble.

Diet 1.

Breakfast: light fruit salad and tonic drink.

Salad Recipe: Soak 2 tablespoons of semolina in 4 tablespoons of cold boiled water. After 5-10 minutes. Add 2 grated carrots, 2 tablespoons grated nuts and a tablespoon of honey.

Drink recipe: Take one piece of rowan fruit and three parts of nettle leaves and mix. To make a drink take a teaspoon of collection and a teaspoon of tea and brew for one glass of boiling water.

Lunch: Start dinner with a green salad, and lunch itself - according to your taste.

Salad Recipe: Rub raw beetroot on a small grater, add crushed garlic and season with vegetable oil. Put the leaves of nettle in a colander, rinse with boiling water, rinse with cold water and finely chop. Add to the salad with salt, butter and fresh cucumber.

Dinner: Fruit salad, vitamin tea, one hundred grams of low-fat cottage cheese and one hundred grams of boiled or baked in the oven.

Salad Recipe: Rub the raw carrots, apple and pear. Stir together with lemon juice and honey.

Stick to this diet for two to three weeks.

Diet 2.

30 minutes before eating, drink a glass of water. In a day you should drink at least 2 liters of water.

Breakfast: oatmeal on the water, dried fruits, you can add cinnamon and poppy seeds. Then grate the apple, or cut into slices. After 30 minutes after eating, drink a glass of juice without sugar or broth of dogrose.

Lunch: a green salad dressed with olive oil, vegetable soup, a slice of boiled meat, fish or boiled chicken breast. On a garnish vegetable ragout or potatoes "in a uniform". After 30 minutes you can drink a cocktail, from carrot and orange juice, with a spoonful of honey.

Dinner: fruit salad, a slice of boiled chicken or low-fat cottage cheese. After 30 minutes, drink a broth of dogrose or herbal tea.

Stick to this diet from a week to a month.

Diet 3.

MONDAY.

Breakfast: tea with milk, soft-boiled eggs, cereal breads, ham.

Lunch: lean borsch, stewed turkey with potatoes, carrot salad with lemon juice.

Dinner: wild rice with boiled chicken breast, tomato juice.

TUESDAY.

Breakfast: orange juice, cottage cheese with tomatoes, bread.

Lunch: chicken broth with egg, braised liver with buckwheat, tangerines.

Dinner: jellied fish, vegetable salad, pomegranate juice.

WEDNESDAY.

Breakfast: green tea with lemon, scrambled eggs with tomatoes and herbs, apples.

Lunch: vegetable soup, rice with seafood, tomato juice.

Dinner: fruit salad, ham, homemade cheese, bread.

THURSDAY.

Breakfast: coffee with milk, muesli with nuts and honey, cheese, bread.

Lunch: pumpkin soup, boiled veal with vegetables, "Karkade" tea.

Supper: braised cod with vegetables, grapefruit juice.

FRIDAY.

Breakfast: orange juice, milk porridge, ham, bread.

Lunch: soup with low-fat sour cream, mashed potatoes with chicken cutlets, tangerines.

Dinner: vegetable stew, ham, green tea with mint or lemon.

SATURDAY AND SUNDAY.



You can make a menu at random from the above dishes, choosing the most favorite.

What else can you afford during the day, following a beauty diet?.

Drinks: green tea, non-carbonated mineral water, kefir.

Sweets: honey, dried fruits. Alcohol: no more than half a glass of dry wine a day.

Caprice: 1-2 cups of coffee, sometimes a lump of chocolate.
