Very light cucumber diet

The diet cleanses the body, helps to regulate metabolism, to lose several kilograms. In addition, the skin, after such cleaning will find purity, firmness and radiance. The menu is repeated every day.

Breakfast Cucumber sandwich: a large cucumber, cut in half, should be scraped out with a spoon and filled with cottage cheese or some pasta. 1 slice of black bread, one any fruit.

Afternoon snack: One fruit.

Dinner: Salad of cucumbers and greens, dressed with vegetable oil, and one hot sandwich with cheese.



Before going to bed: 1 cucumber with a little salt, cucumber sandwich or soup cup of cold cucumber soup.

Replacement: 1 apple or 1 orange.

Cucumber salad for lunch.
