A group of Italian scientists shared the findings of the study, during which a well-known fruit was found to affect the quality of sex. In this case it turned out that for men and women apples operate differently.

The use of apples stimulates libido and improves the quality of sex in women, the authors of the new work.

Scientists invited more than 700 women in the age group 18 to 43 years to participate in the experiments, which were divided into two groups. This division was carried out after the participants in the study were asked in detail about the features of their diet.

As a result, participants gathered in one of the groups, who daily consumed apples, at least one fruit per day.

In another there were women who did not like apples and did not eat them regularly.

After processing the data, the researchers found: love of apples affects the index of the sexual function of women (FSFI). Female "apple" women received much more satisfaction from sex than those who did not use this fruit - this is indicated by the doctors' data.

What is surprising, for men, according to experts, this fruit does not produce a similar effect.
