In China, they began the construction of a station on Hainan Island, which, according to official data, will be called upon to investigate ionospheric scattering of high-frequency radio waves - an analog of the American HAARP program operating in Alaska.

And although in this case, as is the case with the HAARP complex, we are talking only about scientific work, such an ionospheric probe, many analysts of the world are sure, will be used primarily for military purposes (as a weapon or protection against attack).

Suffice it to recall that the American complex is constantly at the center of all sorts of scandals involving the use of climate weapons. It is not excluded that the Chinese analogue will also engage in similar experiments capable of violating the climate balance on our planet.

Moreover, if the HAARP complex is located in a remote area from the busy air routes and large cities (Alaska), then the Hainan Island is a very convenient place to monitor the movement of aircraft, ships and submarines in this area by breaking their communication systems with the help of powerful electromagnetic radiation. This, experts say, meets the PRC leadership's plans to strengthen national security.

On the other hand, in the Far East there will be another station, capable of influencing the weather in this region, and hence the entire territory of the planet. And if HAARP really violates the climate balance on Earth, as many scientists say, then it will, as they say, with something like a Chinese ionospheric probe, something with something. And whether we, the inhabitants of the Earth, will get better, after this, no one today can say.
