The WTA 250 tournament is currently underway in Osaka.. Ukrainian tennis player Nadezhda Kichenok and Japanese athlete Makoto Ninomiya managed to reach the quarterfinals.
It is noted that in their match they defeated the pair of Juliana Olmos from Mexico and Aldila Sutjiadi from Indonesia with a score of 6:1, 7:5.
Now in the quarterfinals Kichenok and Ninomiya will meet the winners of the match Nao Hibino/Katarzyna Piter - Jacqueline Christian/Olga Danilovic.
It is worth noting that for Kichenok and Ninomiya this match was the ninth for their joint pair, and they managed to win all nine meetings.
