Head coach of the Ukrainian national team Marco Rossi commented on the victory over Ukraine with a 2:1 result in the fourth round of the League of Nations. The Italian captain learned that once again his team managed to escape the situation in an amicable manner.
“Of course, after the first match, no one could understand that after today’s game we would have this point, especially since the calendar was not the most favorable and certainly not the simplest. And today we may know - I may know - what has been spared us. Today we were blessed, and Ukraine deserved to overcome. In Budapest they deserved their help, and at the same time they were spared.
Alas, I don’t feel like talking about this if we were playing in Budapest. Todi was deprived of criticism: why not? Why do you? Why don’t we score? Chomu?
That's why we can analyze matches like they stink. You may be an expert and know more than me. But a lot of people are not experts and we take into account not so much what I say as what you write. It is important to give them the correct picture of the situation.
I know: this evening we were blessed. But I also think that in the previous three matches we were not so lucky.

I hope that in the rest of the match we got three points. We also got three points from the previous match - and that’s okay. If we were able to overcome Northern Ireland, it would be possible to respect it with a fair result. Those same houses are against Ukraine - I want to say that if we accepted nothing, it would be a fair result,"
After four rounds, Ugorshchina takes this point and sits in another place in group 2 division B. Ukraine scored almost 3rd place.
