Catalan Barcelona are again considering the possibility of signing the right-wing manager of Sporting Lisbon Ivan Fresnedi.
As Marca reports, the 22-year-old Spaniard had blue-garnet marks even before his move to Portugal in 2023. Barcelona's sporting director and scouts are actively monitoring the team's performances, and Fresneda himself has already expressed respect for the Catalans.
During the current season, the manager has progressed significantly: the wine has firmly established itself at the starting warehouse of Sporting, which is why it has withdrawn from the main team of Spain. At this point, Barcelona had not yet entered into official negotiations regarding the transition. Sporting has a strong position, even though the agreement with Gravec is insured until 2028.
The Spaniard's contract states that the amount available is 80 million euros, but the Portuguese club is ready for serious negotiations, although the official price tag has not yet been established. At the same time, the forest management team is simultaneously preparing a proposal for Fresneda to extend the contract.
