Leipzig's top dog Xaver Schlager will join the team at Nottingham Forest. The Athletic reports this.
According to Dzherel, the Lesnik team has agreed on a contract with the 28-year-old Austrian, which will be for two years with the possibility of extension for another season.
Xaver will go to the Premier League club cost-free, as his contract with the “Bicks” has ended and he has lost his status as a free agent.
Schlager played for Leipzig in the summer of 2022. 108 matches so far, five goals and ten assists.
Previously, there was information that Leipzig would lose the ability to understand Schlager, but, regardless of everything, the Austrian would choose another option.
