Chelsea continues to pursue the transfer of Rayo Vallecano left-winger Pep Chavarria.
According to journalist Matteo Moretto, the London club will soon develop a new official position in favor of the 28-year-old Spaniard.
It appears that the Blues are ready to pay 25 million euros for the player. Previously, the first contacts between the clubs have already been established, and negotiations are gradually moving forward.
Chavarria himself is also positive about a possible move to the London club, while Chelsea views him as one of the leading candidates to strengthen the left flank of defense.
Over the past season, he played 44 matches, scoring 1 goal and providing 3 assists.
