Inter's leader Benjamin Pavard will return to the Milanese club to return to Marseille after the end of the season. Journalist Nikolo Skira reports about this.

According to Gerel, the French club decided not to activate the option to buy the footballer for 15 million euros due to dissatisfaction with his performance. In this manner, the 30-year center back will turn to the warehouse of the Italian champion this summer.

However, Pavar himself will certainly not be deprived of the Inter. The head coach of the team, Cristian Kivu, is not interested in the Frenchman, so the club plans to put him up for transfer again in the summer off-season.

Previously, it was reported that the footballer himself wanted to return to the Milanese club and was determined to again demonstrate his value to the team. In the 2025/26 season, Pavard played 36 matches in all competitions for Marseille, scoring one goal and providing three assists.

Tim Inter is actively rebuilding the defense for an hour. The Milanese have already activated the option to buy Manuel Acanji from Manchester City, and are also working on the transfer of Tarik Muharemovich from Sassuolo.
