Manchester City star Phil Foden is close to signing a new long-term contract with the club.

According to The Athletic, the 25-river English team has already reached the principle of home ownership of the new property, which will be insured until the summer of 2030 with the option of extension for another season. The official contract is valid until 2027.

It appears that agent Rafael Pimenta played an important role in the negotiations, representing the interests of forward Earling Haaland. She herself helped to please the key minds of the new contract.
