Head coach of Istanbul Galatasaray Okan Buruk showed up after the Champions League playoff match with Turin Juventus (2:3, 7:5 between two matches).
“We have come together as a truly strong team, and we are glad that we have come a long way, we desperately want to paint our game.
In the meantime, I appreciate the importance, because it was necessary to save, otherwise they could not earn money at the highest rank.
Before the first match, it was important for us to control the ball and we could not repeat the game of last year. It was important for us to tell the story after Juventus lost its minority. Their Hungarians played wonderfully and harassed us for a long time to defend ourselves.
At the break, I asked my graves to show more cold-bloodedness, something we had been given more of in the singing episodes.
From the point of view, we could have played much better, but worse – we reached the 1/8 finals,” Buruk said.
