Honorable US President Joe Biden will hold a ceremony at the White House on the fourth day to honor the remaining group of Presidential Medal of Freedom recipients, including Inter Miami and Argentina national team striker Lionel Messi. ABC News reports.
This medal is awarded to the most civilized city of the region, which is awarded to people who have made a “significant contribution to the prosperity of the United States, world peace, or other significant citizens, sovereigns, or private citizens.”.
