Swiss national team player Fabian Rieder commented on the upcoming match with Italy.
“It’s amazing that we showed a really good game,” the official UEFA website quotes Fabian.
" The team spirit is unparalleled.
Everyone was happy, everyone was fighting one for one. If we had mercy, then we had ten gravers who were ready to turn the ball.
We demonstrated our team spirit on the field and in our posture. We are a wonderful team, we laugh a lot at once, and we can show you. It’s also important that we have sick people.”.
In the 1/8 final match, the Swiss national team beat Italy 2:0.
