Commentary from the coach: a hundred percent victory in the group stage with the Netherlands.
The head coach of the Austrian national team, Ralf Rangnick, came up with the idea that the match with the Netherlands will be completely possible.
“I think we deserved to win,” the official UEFA website quotes Ralph.
" Those who reacted to the missed goal, those who were not angry with us, those who lost their true style and constantly looked for their chances ahead.
It is incredible to finish in first place in the group, as it was the most flexible of those who could compete with the UEFA odds. We started from the nearby goal at the gates of the match with France, pressed with all the pressure that was placed on us until the victory over Poland, and then ended the group with victories - this is even more special.
Obviously, football players are to blame for continuing to work for those who have worked for us. This game showed us what alternatives we have if the players who are considered irreplaceable do not leave the starting warehouse. If you marvel at the group of graves that came out at the starting warehouse, you are to blame for them."
After all, the results of the match with the Netherlands team Austria reached the playoffs from the first place.
