New England national team player Toni Kroos was selected to play for England at Euro 2024.

“It would be a miracle to play against England - it would mean that we have gone far in the tournament and are in line with one of the favorites in the play-off match with all the surrounding circumstances.

I remember marveling at the match between England and France (1:2), one of the strongest teams in the last world championship in Qatar. England could have won this match, and still speak provocatively about the skill of their team. This time England may be among the favorites,” said the leader of the national team of Germany.
