The leader of the Polish national team shared his thoughts after the game with Ukraine.
Polish national team forward Robert Lewandowski commented on his team’s victory in the friendly match against Ukraine (3:1) ahead of Euro 2024.
" It’s like they didn’t play with them, they have a strong team.
The first goal allowed us to be more relishing and singing. There were a few shortcomings, but we need to figure out what we can improve and change before the Euro.
The Ukrainians started the match poorly. Then there was a pause due to Milik’s injury. Ale mi turned around, made chances, hit the goal. In difficult situations we trimmed the ball.
Milik needs a break. You always wanted to lose money, but you were not spared. This is an important moment and important days lie ahead,” suggest Lewandowski’s words Przeglad Sportowy.
