The once-prominent striker was once again unable to secure a coaching position in Serie A.
Kerivnitsvo Salernitani has announced the appointment of head coach Filippo Inzaghi. The official website of the Italian club informs about this.
" We wish you success in your extended career,” reads Salernitani’s statement.
The 50-year-old footballer was appointed to the position of the head coach of the “Grenade” in the dead of the past. After 24 rounds of the Italian championship, Salernitana scored 13 points, finishing in 20th place.
