The coach commented on the match within the framework of the main European Cup.
Stefano Pioli commented on the match against Borussia Dortmund - reports MilanNews It.
“I respect that we lost at that moment, if we could have straightened the game on our own back, converting a penalty, and also less than a minute before our other goal, if we could have earned a 2:1 rahun on the counterattack, but didn’t lose anything.
If you don't score and then miss, the wind blows. Obviously, Tiava’s mischief also destroyed our dry balance. It is our fault that we could better protect ourselves in such situations.
We were also able to create chances in the opponent’s half of the field and we knew what would happen. There were moments when we had to put the game on our backs, but then everything changed when our opponents were more thoughtful, keener and ready to quickly take on these chances.
Let's hope that everything we can earn can be achieved in Newcastle, and then reaching the playoffs will be out of our hands. So we’ll try to earn what we can and what we’re willing to do.”.
