Sporting director of Barcelona - about the future of the Dutch midfielder.
The sporting director of the Catalan Barcelona, \u200b\u200bDeco, has confirmed that the club plans to continue the current contract with the central player Frenkie de Jong.
" We haven’t hung around with those for the new land, but we want to lose money in Barca for a lot of rocks, but it became clear.
I can see how Frankie de Jong will enjoy his life at Barsi. He is happy here, he plays football of the highest level and feels even better - finally, the final decision will be lost forever. He has a contract until 2026, and we want him to be out of business forever,” Deco is quoted as saying by journalist Fabrizio Romano, sent to Mundo Deportivo.
The current contract of the Dutch midfielder with the Blaugranas expires in 2026. The current season has played seven matches, scoring one goal.
