Guess what, another tournament of prestige is from the 2009/10 season.
The Europa League published on its Twitter a ranking of clubs based on points scored over the entire history of the tournament.
It seems likely that the tournament with a different name, due to its prestige, began in the 2009/10 season - until which time it was called the UEFA Cup.
During the fight, a point for victory was worth two points, for a draw - one.
The Ukrainian team is in ninth place in the ranking, as well as Dynamo Kiev, which scored 79 points. At the end of the game, the “white-blues” had 27 wins, 25 draws and 24 defeats. The ratio of goals scored and goals conceded – 108:98.
The Spanish Villarreal tops the rating – 118 points, followed by the third highest – Spanish Seville (113) and Dutch PSV (94).
We can guess what season Dynamo took part in the qualification of the Conference League, the stars were eliminated from the Turkish Besiktas in the playoff round.
