Liverpool leadership will not fight for central defender Napoli Calidou Coulibaly, claims Sky Sports.
According to the source, the “reds” believe that the Italians called too much a price for the Senegalese footballer. It is noted that Napoli wants 100 million euros, and the British can only pay 60.
Italian media say Liverpool wanted to get a defender, seeing him as a couple to Virgil van Dyck.
Earlier it was reported that Manchester City is also interested in Calidou Coulibaly's services.. Recall that the contract of the Senegalese centerback with Napoli is calculated until June 30, 2023.
