Serie A average attendance up 6% from last season.
Fans' interest in Serie A matches has grown compared to the 2018/19 season, Italian Football Observatory reports.
The average attendance after the fall of the 2019/20 season was 27 108 spectators, compared with 25 481 last season.
However, the heyday of Series A (1997/98) is still far away - 31 161, as well as competitors from the Top 4 championships: the Bundesliga - 40 785, the Premier League - 39 292, Primera - 28 627 (in the UPL - 4 414.
Most of the fans come to home matches of Inter - 63 697, Milan - 53 917 and Juventus - 39 740.
