Chelsea is interested in Lyon's midfielder Hussem Aouar, reports RMC.
According to the source, the London club has been following the 20-year-old Frenchman for several weeks, and the blue head coach Maurizio Sarri is ready to give the player a key role in his plans.
However, Chelsea will have to compete for Hussem from Liverpool.
Auar is a pupil of Lyon, for whose first team he made his debut in February 2017. In total, he has 66 matches for "weavers" in which he scored 13 goals and gave ten assists.
In the current season, Aouar had 17 matches in Lyon in all tournaments in which he scored five goals and gave four assists.
