Pavelko’s activities at NABU are considered under three articles: “abuse of power and official position”, “declaration of unreliable information”, and also “illegal enrichment”.
Also, Pavelko’s activities are reviewed by the National Police of Ukraine and the General Prosecutor’s Office. Lawyer Oleg Skupinsky became a claimant.
