A few minutes ago, Dynamo Kyiv announced the signing of a new long-term contract with universal defender Vitaly Mikolenko.
- Vitaly, congratulations on signing a new agreement! Did it surprise you?.
- No, it was not a surprise, but I am very pleased that the club believes in me and thus expressed their confidence.
- When did you get an offer and did you find out about it?.
- After yesterday's game Rennom. Of course, I agreed!.
- Will this long-term deal be an extra motivation for you to work even more?.
- I think this is a big challenge for me, because the club hopes that I will become better than now. Therefore, we must continue to work and show ourselves not only in every game, but also at every training session..
- In Dynamo you successfully played both the left-back and the central. What position do you see yourself in the first place?.
- To be honest - I do not care. I think I play about equally in the center and on the left.. I will play where the head coach says.
