"According to the results of the consideration of the petitions, all the suspects were selected as preventive measures in the form of detention with an alternative to making bail, including the chairman of the supervisory board and the beneficiary of OJSC Creative Group (Maxim Berezkin -. ), who is a relative of the people's deputy of Ukraine and, according to the investigation, is one of the organizers of this scheme ".
"To this suspect, the court determined the pledge in the amount of 5 million. uah. as an alternative to detention ".
