Midfielder Dawn in a match with Shakhtar (1: 1) in a rough tackle violated the rules against Tyson and caused the injury, due to which he would miss up to a month and a half.
The Pitmen intend to ensure that the decision of the match arbiter Nikolai Krivonosov was changed in terms of legal consequences - instead of a warning, Kharatin should receive removal and additional disciplinary sanctions.
