With the arrival of Unai Emery as the head coach of the "gunners", his compatriot Nacho Montreal greatly added to the game, as he found a common language with the Spanish tutor.
As reported by the Evening Standard, Emery is the initiator of the extension of the contract with the 32-year-old Montreal.
Nacho himself in an interview with the publication said the following:.
"We are currently negotiating with the club. I always said that I am happy in the Arsenal, and this is the most important thing. I moved to this club 6 years ago and I have a wonderful relationship with everyone here ".
This season, Montreal played 3 matches in the Premier League, scoring 1 goal.
