Teams of Ukraine and Slovakia met in the qualification of Euro-2016, when the Slovaks took second place in the group and received a direct ticket to the European Championships.
"I remember that our way to success began with a match against the Ukrainian team. Now we have a new challenge in the form of the League of Nations, "said Kozak.
"The Ukrainian team has not changed so much since our last meeting, it's still an experienced and high-quality team".
The match of the League of Nations between the national teams of Ukraine and Slovakia will be held on September 9.
