Chelsea's head coach Maurizio Sarri does not expect the midfielder of the "blue" Ruben Loftus-Chick to leave the club this summer.
Chelsea midfielder Ruben Loftus-Chick did not qualify for the match against Arsenal, prompting a new wave of rumors about his possible retirement from the club.
"It was an exceptionally tactical decision, in terms of position, I chose for the reserve of two winger and only one midfielder," explained Sarri.
"I spoke with him twice this week after talking with the representatives of the club. I think that Loftus will stay with us, we can discuss his situation again, but only in December ".
Last season Loftus-Chick held on loan for Crystal Palace, where he scored two goals and gave five assists in 25 games in all tournaments.
