Legendary defender of Milan will soon return to the location of his native club.

Paolo Maldini in the near future will occupy one of the leading positions in the structure of the club. It is reported by Sky Sport Italia.

According to various Italian media, the leadership of the "Rossoneri" plans to give the 50-year-old Italian a vice-president.

Note that Maldini played for Milan from 1994 to 2008, having played for him more than 900 matches. He also won seven Championships in Serie A and five Champions Cups.

Recall that Milan is now managed by the US company Elliott Management.
