Barcelona midfielder Paulinho will return to China.

Barcelona and Guangzhou Evergreen agreed to rent Paulinho - the official website of the Chinese club.

29-year-old midfielder of Brazil will return to Guangzhou Evergren, but so far only for the season.

The Chinese club offered for Paulinho 50 million euros - 10 million more than received from Barcelona last summer, but the Catalans have so far agreed only to rent.

Paulinho spent three seasons in Guangzhou Evergren, playing 95 games in all tournaments and scoring 28 goals. In the season-2017/2018 the Brazilian played for Barcelona 49 games (9 goals) and won the championship and the Copa del Rey.
