The day before the start of the 2018 World Cup, the Spanish Football Federation decided to dismiss Khulen Lopetega from the post of head coach of the Fury Rochy because the specialist did not notify his negotiations with Madrid Real Madrid.
As a result, the national team was urgently led by Fernando Hierro, but the miracle did not happen - the Spaniards failed the tournament, flew at the stage of the 1/8 finals from the team of Russia.
As the official website of the Spanish Football Federation, Hierro left his post. Now the organization will be looking for a new mentor for the national team.
