London Arsenal agreed with Dortmund Borussia on the transfer of the Greek defender for 16 million pounds. It is reported by The Daily Telegraph.

Borussia wanted to get a more impressive amount for the player, but due to the fact that Sokratis's contract ends next summer, the price was slightly less than the desired price.
