The victory over Doncaster helped Blackburn enter the second-strongest division in England.
In the postponed match of the 39th round of the League 1 Blackburn on the road beat Doncaster.
At the 80th minute, Charles Mulgrew disappointed most of the 10,443 fans in the stadium, scoring the only goal in the meeting - 1: 0.
Thus, for two rounds to the finish "tramp" became unattainable for the pursuers, guaranteeing at least a second place. They concede one point to Wigan, whose goal difference is 17 balls better.
