The leadership of the Saudi Al-Ahli has dismissed head coach Sergei Rebrov.

Al-Ahli dismissed Ukrainian Sergei Rebrov from the post of head coach, the official website of the Saudi club.

Rebrov led Al-Ahli last June, replacing Swiss Christian Gross.

In his debut season, the Ukrainian was fighting for the title, but in the end his team took second place, behind the first position by just one point.

In the King's Cup Al-Ahly reached the semi-finals, and in the Asian Champions League took first place in the group and reached the 1/8 finals.

In total Rebrov conducted 38 matches at the helm of Al-Ahli: 23 wins (60.52%), 10 draws and five defeats.
