Head coach of the German national team Joachim Leo called the reason why he did not call the attacking midfielder Borussia Dortmund Marco Royce in the national team.

Joachim Lev announced the application of the German national team for friendly matches against Spain and Germany, in which there was no place for the attacking midfielder Dortmund Borussia Marco Royce.

"It is important that Marco gradually returned to a high level. He only recently recovered from injury, he needs to find his rhythm and regain confidence in his abilities. Now he needs stability, and he does not need additional pressure. ", - said the Leo.

Marco Royce played 29 games for the German national team, which scored nine goals and gave four assists.
