Forward of the Russian national team Fyodor Smolov refused to move to Swansea.

Swansea offered Krasnodar about 15 million pounds for the transfer of Smolov, reports The Daily Mail.

However, the proposal "swans" was rejected. Fedor did not want to move to Swansea.

Previously interested in Smolov showed West Ham and the player wanted to join the "hammers", but the clubs were unable to agree on the amount of transfer. Londoners offered only 11 million pounds for the striker.

Swansea continues to negotiate with West Ham on the return of Andre Ay, who previously defended the colors of the Welsh club. "Swans" offer for Andre 18 million pounds, but West Ham wants the amount was closer to 20.5 million, which he paid in 2016.
